Week 5- Search For the Cure
There is something irresistible about a living church. In the end it is not about liberty or the law. We ought to share Paul’s attitude: “I will not do anything that will cause by brother or sister to stumble. I know I have the freedom to do this, but I don’t want to. I don’t want to do anything that could hurt another’s faith. So because I love others more than my own rights, I will lay down my rights.” Selfishness creates zombies. Selflessness, expressed in love, makes us more like Jesus. Christ loved the Church and died for the Church; we should not give up on it either.
