Our strategy moves from Space, to Story, to Connecting, to Becoming—because the relationships we form and the community we create are meant to shape us into the people God is calling us to be. We don't simply maintain what we've been given. We multiply. We invest in one another, pass on our faith, develop disciples, and create opportunities for others to discover their God-given purpose. The four Dream Disciple roles give us a picture of that life: Compassionate Challengers, Courageous Bridge Builders, Open-Handed Neighbors, and Prayerful Listeners. This is more than Tabor's vision.
