ABIDE- PRAYER PRACTICES FOR TROUBLED TIMES DESCRIPTION

This retreat, designed by Visual Faith Ministry, will walk us through abiding prayer practices.  Sessions will begin at 9am on Saturday, Nov. 6th and end with a mini worship time before departure on Sunday, Nov. 7th. 

What are the session topics we will study and practice?

• Living Life as Prayer
• Abiding in Visual Prayer
• Abiding Despite Layers of Distraction
• Abiding in Prayer:  Blessing Others

Who can attend?  Adult women desiring an opportunity to grow in their faith and have fun with other women. 

What will we do?  We will hang out and grow in our faith together using the Abide study.  There will be down time to sit around, chat, eat, have some wine, and laugh! There will also be time for study and practice of the Abide lessons.

Where is it?  The retreat will take place at a lake house on Fox Lake. 

How will I get there?  Feel free to drive yourself or carpool with others. The address will be provided upon sign up.

Is there a cost?  Yes. We are cost-sharing so please contact Heather for more information. Payment is due upon sign-up.
